Job Description

Director of Sales Operations driving revenue growth and optimizing processes. Overseeing CRM systems and collaborating with sales leadership at Verbit.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and enhance the end-to-end sales process to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability
  • Oversee the sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and integration of new tools
  • Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and rep performance
  • Own the sales forecasting process, territory planning, and quota setting in partnership with finance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on sales onboarding, training, and lead management
  • Organize, guide, and support employees to achieve shared goals efficiently

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or CRM management
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems and data visualization tools
  • Experience leveraging modern tools and automation, with a strong orientation toward AI-driven workflows and efficiency
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic, data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
