Job Description
Project Specialist at ICON supporting planning and execution of clinical trials in healthcare. Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Managing study documentation and assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
- Previous experience in clinical research or project management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
