Job Description
Senior AI and Product Enablement Specialist building technical labs and training for Sysdig’s cloud security platform. Automating Kubernetes, Linux, and public-cloud learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex hands-on lab scenarios showcasing Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud
- Own automation and reliability of the training platform, including provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting environments
- Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demos for diverse audiences
- Apply instructional design principles to create structured learning journeys with clear outcomes
- Author courseware and technical documentation using YAML and Markdown
- Use AI coding/agent clients to accelerate lab creation, scripting, content drafting, and troubleshooting
- Drive projects autonomously from inception to delivery and escalate risks appropriately
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align training with product value propositions
- Represent Sysdig in customer and partner sessions
- Translate feedback into content and process improvements
- Help define teaching standards and best practices
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), Linux and/or public cloud services
- Solid grasp of the cloud-native ecosystem, including Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP, and DevOps tools and methodologies
- Fluent coding in 1–2 languages: Bash, Python, or Go
- Comfort authoring YAML- and Markdown-based content and working with APIs
- 3+ years instructing and breaking complex concepts down for the target audience
- Strong track record of engaging delivery and clear, comprehensive technical writing
- Ability to build and confidently deliver training
- Comfort working with AI coding/agent CLI clients such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Advanced, wide-ranging experience developing and refining learning solutions
- Analytical approach using feedback, data, and metrics
- Ability to work autonomously under broad direction
- Ability to mentor others and help define best practices
