Job Description
Senior AI and Product Enablement Specialist creating technical labs and training. Enabling customers on Sysdig’s cloud-native security solutions across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex hands-on lab scenarios showcasing Sysdig across containers, Kubernetes, Linux and public cloud
- Own automation and reliability of the training platform, including provisioning, scripting and troubleshooting
- Design and deliver technical training, workshops and demos for diverse audiences
- Apply instructional design principles to create structured learning journeys with clear outcomes
- Author courseware and technical documentation using YAML and Markdown
- Use AI coding/agent clients to accelerate lab creation, scripting, content drafting and troubleshooting
- Drive projects autonomously from inception to delivery and escalate risks appropriately
- Partner with Product, Customer Success and Marketing to align training with feature value propositions
- Represent Sysdig in customer and partner sessions
- Translate feedback into content and process improvements, define best practices and teaching standards, and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), Linux and/or public cloud services
- Solid grasp of the cloud-native ecosystem (Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP) and DevOps tools and methodologies
- Fluent coding in 1–2 languages (Bash, Python, Go)
- Comfort authoring YAML- and Markdown-based content and working with APIs
- 3+ years instructing and breaking complex concepts down for the target audience
- Strong track record of engaging delivery and clear, comprehensive technical writing
- Ability to both build training and deliver it confidently
- Comfort working with AI coding/agent CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Advanced, wide-ranging experience used to develop and refine learning solutions
- Analytical approach using feedback, data and metrics to improve labs, content and delivery
- Ability to help define best practices, mentor others, and work autonomously under broad direction
