Job Description
Senior AI Product Manager advancing AI products, insights tools, and data adoption at Europe’s leading e-pharmacy, Redcare Pharmacy. Translating business needs into scalable AI solutions and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the roadmap and vision for AI products, solutions, and business insights tools
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact
- Define AI product value propositions and success KPIs
- Identify and document key use cases
- Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of AI solutions
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to create scalable products
- Promote data democratization and AI adoption through innovative product design
Requirements:
- Experience in product management focused on AI, machine learning, or data science products
- Strong technical knowledge of Azure, GCP, Databricks, AI/ML, and LLM technologies
- Experience driving product implementation from design and conceptualization through working features and use cases
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of another European language is a plus
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Storytelling skills to communicate complex topics simply
