Job Description

Senior Analyst supporting the Global Privacy Program at Stryker Corporation. Collaborating with teams to manage privacy compliance and enhance privacy strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the Global Privacy Operations team
  • Support the global privacy program and its processes
  • Partner closely with other members of the program team and privacy counsel
  • Work within the frameworks of privacy, compliance, and security
  • Guide internal stakeholders through privacy requirements
  • Respond to requests within the purview of the program
  • Support the receipt, management, and appropriate response to inquiries regarding privacy practices
  • Conduct and review Data Privacy Impact Assessments
  • Assist with the review, assessment, and response to individual rights requests
  • Support ongoing auditing and monitoring activities
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset
  • Propose enhancements to the privacy program and strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of Stryker’s product lines and competitive environment
  • Monitor and track the status of privacy requests and assessments
  • Identify system or process improvements that increase efficiency, enhance compliance, or reduce costs to the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated privacy experience
  • Privacy/data protection certification (IAPP, CIPP-US, CIPP-E, CIPM) (preferred)
  • Experience building privacy compliance operational programs (preferred)
  • Experience with DPIA and DSR programs (preferred)
  • Experience working in large organizations (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare organizations (preferred)
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (preferred)
  • Experience managing cookie governance (preferred)
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting Stryker’s culture of integrity and compliance
  • Experience supporting high-volume or complex work in a timely and thorough manner with minimal rework (preferred).
