Job Description
Analyst supporting Total Rewards Compensation at Trinity Health. Providing analytical support for job evaluation and market analysis in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive analytical support to functional area programs.
- Perform evaluative and reporting activities of business operational services.
- Assist with completion and delivery of large scale and high impact projects.
- Develop related communications and conduct processing activities.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in job evaluation, market analysis, base pay and compensation program administration.
- Health-care compensation experience preferred.
- General knowledge of human resources practices, laws and regulations, specifically the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Workday and MarketPay preferred.
