Job Description
Senior Art Director elevating customer-facing creative across marketing, sales, and customer success at Appriss Retail. Setting the visual bar for campaigns, content, and website experiences to support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the evolution, governance, and ongoing refresh of the company’s visual identity across all customer-facing channels.
- Drives consistency while pushing the brand forward, breaking the habit of recycling templates, and ensuring every asset is modern, intentional, and impactful.
- Leads design concepting and execution for all marketing assets — including website, content, campaigns, events, and email.
- Partners with Product Marketing and Sales to develop high-impact pitch decks, sales one-pagers, product visuals, and executive-facing materials.
- Co-leads the company’s website rebrand and ongoing evolution, ensuring the digital experience reflects the brand’s strategic direction.
- Champions the use of AI-native tools to accelerate design workflows, create new concepts, and optimize creative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Eight years or more of related experience
- Experience leading design/creative at an enterprise B2B technology company
- Excellent visual design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Proficient in Figma or similar software
- Proficient in UX design
- Proficient in animation
