Job Description
Senior Associate managing executive search candidate sourcing, screening, and client relationships. Supporting WittKieffer’s mission to advance wellbeing across the Quality of Life ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the initial candidate identification and development process
- Assist Consultants, Principals, and Senior Partners in generating, managing, and executing search assignments
- Participate in and/or lead search processes, including working with clients and search committees, sourcing, interviewing, conducting references, negotiating, and closing assignments
- Build, manage, and nurture client and candidate relationships
- Participate in and/or lead client calls and meetings
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations
- Create search engagement strategies and execute candidate identification and profiling through primary and secondary sources
- Develop presentations to market roles and client companies to prospective candidates
- Contact, identify, and screen candidates for position fit
- Manage candidates through interviews, presentations, and referencing when appropriate
- Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations and assess candidate skills against client needs
- Proactively network to identify candidates
- Work closely with lead consultants, Research, and Data Management
- Carry a full search load of approximately 10 searches
- Demonstrate understanding of the full search process and the Senior Associate role
- Gain a firm understanding of the relevant industry practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s strongly preferred
- 5+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, recruitment, or industry related experience
- Significant previous experience and skill working with computer systems, databases, email, etc.
- Strong assessment skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to appropriately assess potential candidate eligibility through telephone screening
- Collaborative approach
