Job Description
Saviynt IAM Operations Senior Associate delivering L3 identity governance support for PwC Cyber Managed Services. Troubleshooting incidents, engineering integrations, and improving enterprise IGA stability.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex Saviynt incidents, service requests, defects, and production changes
- Lead end-to-end troubleshooting across Saviynt, source systems, target applications, databases, APIs, agents, and network dependencies
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact incidents and track corrective and preventive actions through completion
- Design and implement advanced Saviynt configurations, workflows, rules, analytics, reports, campaigns, connectors, and API-based integrations
- Manage application onboarding and change activities, including technical assessment, configuration, testing, deployment, rollback, and hypercare
- Review L2 solutions and changes, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to security, audit, and operational standards
- Coordinate with clients, application owners, infrastructure teams, and Saviynt support to restore service and resolve product defects
- Drive automation, monitoring, knowledge management, and service-improvement initiatives to improve stability and SLA performance
- Prepare and maintain architecture notes, support runbooks, operational procedures, known-error records, and audit evidence
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5–8 years of experience
- Relevant end-to-end L3 production support/Engineering experience for Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud / IGA
- Experience with identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications, application onboarding, analytics, workflows, rules, connectors, APIs, and platform administration
- Saviynt Certified IGA Professional certification (preferred)
- Deep hands-on experience supporting Saviynt IGA in complex enterprise environments, including advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access requests, role management, SoD controls, campaigns, analytics, workflows, connection management, and application onboarding
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, certification, workflow, connector, API, and data-quality failures
- Strong experience with Saviynt REST APIs, JSON, SQL, Saviynt analytics, rules, jobs, workflows, and automation
- Experience owning Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents, leading technical bridges, performing root-cause analysis, defining corrective and preventive actions, and driving problems to closure
- Experience reviewing complex changes, deployment plans, rollback plans, and production readiness; supporting release and change governance
- Experience leading vendor escalations with evidence, logs, traces, reproducible steps, and business impact
- Experience mentoring L1/L2 engineers, reviewing troubleshooting quality, improving knowledge articles and runbooks, and reducing repeat incidents
- Experience monitoring platform health, failed jobs, queues, connectors, integrations, and SLA trends
- Experience supporting onboarding of authoritative sources and target applications, including schema mapping, account and entitlement rules, reconciliation, and validation
- Knowledge of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud / IGA, Active Directory, REST APIs, Postman, SQL, MSSQL/Oracle, PowerShell, Java/Groovy concepts, Git, ServiceNow, Jira, Putty, and WinSCP
