Job Description
Revenue strategy operator owning growth initiatives for Clipboard’s app-based healthcare staffing marketplace. Building systems, driving execution, and converting work into measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Structure vague or open-ended problems into actionable plans
- Own recurring workstreams or initiatives end to end, including metrics and outcomes
- Build durable systems and automation that create leverage beyond direct involvement
- Drive cross-functional execution and hold partners accountable to commitments
- Validate that work converts to intended business outcomes before scaling it
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and system-building skills; ability to design as well as analyze
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to frame problems with limited direction
- Ability to influence without authority across functions
- Outcome orientation focused on creating impact and closing loops
