Job Description
Senior Program Manager leading NVIDIA DRIVE software integration, delivery, and launches for Swedish automotive partners. Coordinating global teams and complex ADAS/AV programs through series production.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the lifecycle of NVIDIA’s DRIVE programs with Swedish automotive partners
- Align timelines and contents for software deliveries, including NVIDIA’s DRIVE OS, NDAS, and Alpamayo software stacks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Sweden, Germany, India, and the U.S. to resolve program issues and drive product launches
- Act as the first point of contact and first level of escalation for automotive partners and internal senior leadership
- Provide updates and bring management focus to important issues
- Align on program vehicle and system-level requirements and coordinate their review, exchange, and negotiation
- Work closely with internal software groups to understand design and implementation
- Track and prioritize known issues and bugs
- Allocate fixes to upcoming software releases, track verification, and conduct root cause analysis
- Regularly attend customer meetings at NVIDIA partners’ sites
Requirements:
- General knowledge about Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, Transformers, CPU/GPU architectures, and related technologies
- General knowledge of program management concepts, including task planning, agile methodologies, and risk management
- Degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an engineering or computer science related field (BS; MS or PhD)
- 8+ years of work experience in automotive software development, preferably on ADAS and AV
- Understanding of autonomous vehicle systems, sensor technologies, vehicle bus communication standards, SoCs, and embedded software principles
- General knowledge of C/C++/Python, QNX and/or Linux OS
- Understanding of build pipelines, repositories, CI/CD, containerization, and related technologies
- Proven experience leading complex automotive programs to series production
- Excellent communication and organization skills, good time management, and task prioritization
- Willingness to regularly attend customer meetings at NVIDIA's partners' sites
- Experience with Automotive SPICE, ISO26262, and 21448 standards
- Hands-on experience developing complex embedded C++ based systems
- Fluency in Swedish
- A wide existing network of contacts in the local automotive ADAS and AV industry in Sweden
