Job Description

Senior Business Analyst leading business analysis efforts for insurance and e-commerce initiatives at MOOVX. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements discovery and analysis efforts for insurance and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Partner with business, product, compliance and IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows.
  • Analyze insurance operations including policy lifecycle, enrollment, billing, claims and regulatory requirements.
  • Support e-commerce capabilities such as online quoting, enrollment, payments, customer self-service and digital integrations.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
  • Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions and solution reviews, while supporting UAT planning, execution and defect resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated senior-level responsibility.
  • Strong insurance industry experience (health, life, P&C or specialty insurance).
  • Hands-on experience supporting e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
