Job Description

Client Success Manager managing retainer clients at global digital agency N4 Studio. Driving account expansion and collaboration with design and development teams to meet client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning a portfolio of N4+ retainer clients as their primary strategic contact at N4
  • Leading roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts
  • Translating client goals into clear briefs for design, development, and content teams
  • Driving account expansion, including Webflow's Optimize and Analyze products, and identifying upsell opportunities proactively
  • Managing retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching risks early
  • Running regular governance calls and reporting that clients actually find useful
  • Contributing to how the CS function operates, including improving how we scope, brief, and track delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role
  • A proven track record managing retainer accounts, not just projects, with the ability to grow relationships over time
  • Commercially sharp, with a clear instinct for upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Technically credible in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital strategy
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder across client and internal stakeholders
  • Calm and structured when priorities shift, with the ability to manage multiple accounts without things slipping
  • Experienced across tools like Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms
  • Webflow experience is a significant advantage
  • Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
