Job Description

Senior Client Success Manager at Alkami driving client satisfaction and renewals. Leading strategic initiatives to ensure clients achieve their business goals through our digital banking platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client success efforts for your accounts and across Alkami
  • Build strong relationships with executive influencers and decision-makers within client organizations
  • Understand clients’ business challenges and provide strategic consultation
  • Clearly articulate and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap
  • Create clear success plans that define client objectives
  • Ensure clients derive value from the Alkami platform
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to drive client success
  • Develop cross-functional initiatives that enhance the client experience
  • Monitor client health metrics and product engagement
  • Conduct regular business reviews to celebrate successes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly working with financial institutions
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using and updating Salesforce and/or Gainsight
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
