Job Description
Senior Engineer developing cloud, AI, chatbot, and RAG solutions for adconova, a German Technical FinOps and AI coaching consultancy. Improving client productivity through automation and AI platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Advising our clients on the use of AI to increase employee and process productivity and efficiency
- Delivering trainings, workshops and one-on-one sessions on AI
- Analyzing and identifying AI use cases in client environments
- Evaluating current AI technologies and platforms, reviewing solution concepts, and applying best practices
- Designing and building AI and chatbot solutions
- Developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate complex processes
- Working on platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or hybrid environments
- Contributing to client projects in technical FinOps, cloud governance, architecture, Kubernetes, migration strategies and AI platforms
Requirements:
- Experience with public clouds (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Alibaba Cloud or Azure)
- Experience with modern AI technologies such as GenAI, Claude, Gemini, MS Copilot, ChatGPT and OpenWebUI
- Solid experience with data and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines
- Experience with Kubernetes, automation and Terraform or similar
- Knowledge of data protection, IT security and the AI Act is a plus
- Programming and/or scripting skills (Python, Go, etc.)
- Expertise in DevOps practices
- Experience developing and implementing AI- or data-driven solutions
- Fluent in German and English
