Job Description
Senior Communications Manager shaping communications for Webflow, an agentic web marketing platform. Owning internal programs while supporting executive messaging and major product announcements.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day execution of Webflow's internal communications program, including company-wide announcements, editorial calendar, and recurring communications
- Lead planning and production for major company moments, including monthly All Team meetings, Webflow Kick Off, and company-wide events
- Write and edit communications for Webflow executives, including employee messages, talking points, presentations, speeches, and other executive communications
- Support major company and product announcements and turn communications strategies into execution
- Collaborate across People, EPD, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams
- Support company changes with communications plans, FAQs, manager materials, leadership messaging, and follow-up communications
- Contribute to executive preparation, research, messaging, external communications, and special projects as priorities shift
- Own and improve internal communications systems, including editorial calendar, intake process, playbooks, and publishing workflows
- Use AI to reduce manual work and improve communications efficiency
- Report to the Director, Communications
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, PR, or a related communications role, ideally at a high-growth technology company
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across voices, audiences, and formats
- Strong communications judgment when working with sensitive, incomplete, or fast-moving information
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and turning complex inputs into strong communications
- Experience running communications programs, company-wide meetings, launches, or other high-visibility moments
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong cross-functional skills and experience across Product, Sales, Marketing, People, Finance, and Engineering
- Experience working in remote or distributed organizations
- Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment
- Successful background check may be required
