Job Description
Senior Consultant in Change Management advising on IT, Operations, and Business transformations. Driving effective change management strategies for various clients from SMEs to large organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Advise our client companies on change management at the intersection of IT, operations and business to ensure changes are implemented technically sound and anchored successfully in the organization.
- Design and manage change management approaches in IT and transformation projects.
- Conduct impact and readiness analyses to identify resistance and potential early on.
- Coach employees and leaders, facilitate workshops and support conflict/resistance management.
- Take on responsibility beyond your own projects, e.g., by shaping proposals or further developing our consulting portfolio.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree and several years of professional experience in IT management consulting or in a shaping role within an IT organization
- Strong drive to shape and a commitment to creating impact – not just concepts
- Confident, self-assured presence with management stakeholders and the ability to take on leadership – both technically and communicatively
- You are comfortable in complex, dynamic situations where not all answers are predefined and you use uncertainty as a space for shaping.
