Job Description
Senior Consultant providing strategic healthcare consulting and project leadership at Comagine Health. Leading complex client engagements to improve healthcare systems and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex healthcare consulting engagements from planning through successful implementation.
- Serve as the primary advisor and project lead for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and project outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, recommendations, and strategic deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, executive strategy sessions, and organizational planning meetings.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare operations, technology, quality improvement, and organizational transformation.
- Mentor and coach consultants while fostering professional growth across project teams.
- Provide project-level financial oversight, including project budgets, forecasting, and resource management.
- Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Support business development activities through proposal strategy, client presentations, conference participation, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years of healthcare project management experience.
- Minimum twelve (12) years of healthcare consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements and managing project teams.
- Advanced communication, leadership, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Preferred Master's degree in a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, CISM, CPHIMS, CPHIE, CPEHR, or other Health Information Technology certification.
- Five (5)+ years leading Medicaid and other government healthcare consulting engagements.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Health Information Technology (HIT), Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, Healthcare Interoperability, Large-scale System Procurement, IT System Implementation and Support, Operational Improvement and Process Redesign, Practice Transformation.
