Job Description
Senior Content Designer creating user-centric content strategies at Booksy, a global beauty marketplace. Collaborating with product teams to enhance user experiences through innovative content design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery work to deeply understand user and business problems.
- Synthesise research, data, and insights into clear content design opportunities.
- Define and articulate content strategies that align with product and business strategy.
- Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and prioritization.
- Own end-to-end content for complex product areas.
- Synthesize complex technical, legal, or business constraints into simple, human-centric language.
- Prototype ideas to test hypotheses and validate solutions quickly.
- Design and run experiments to inform decision-making and measure impact.
- Work within and contribute to our content documentation and design system.
- Ship work iteratively, measuring impact and refining based on outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers throughout implementation.
- Advocate for users and content quality in cross-functional discussions.
- Align stakeholders with a clear UX narrative and present content design decisions confidently.
- Help establish content design as a strategic partner across the organisation.
- Share knowledge and raise the bar for design across the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of content design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work.
- Exceptional craft skills, with the ability to synthesize complex constraints into simple, human-centric language.
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and how to apply them in complex product contexts.
- Experience establishing content principles and systems that scale across multiple features.
- Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to contribute to interaction design and prototypes to solve complex UX problems.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content design process and output.
