Job Description
Join +A Educação as a Senior CRM Analyst in their Digital Marketing team. Focus on planning, creating, and optimizing automated journeys for leads and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and optimize automated strategies and journeys based on the lead and customer lifecycle;
- Develop and enhance CRM processes and analytical routines, ensuring scalability, traceability and communication efficiency;
- Analyze performance metrics beyond basic indicators, with a focus on:
- Cohort analysis and behavior across the customer journey;
- Progression and drop-off rates between funnel stages;
- Segmentation by value and engagement (RFM, propensity models, etc.);
- Collaborate with media, data, sales and technology teams to integrate perspectives and ensure consistency across the omnichannel journey;
- Serve as a technical and strategic reference within the team, supporting the evolution of CRM processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation and advanced behavioral segmentation;
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider or equivalents;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL, with the ability to interpret, modify and create queries;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
