Job Description

Join +A Educação as a Senior CRM Analyst in their Digital Marketing team. Focus on planning, creating, and optimizing automated journeys for leads and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and optimize automated strategies and journeys based on the lead and customer lifecycle;
  • Develop and enhance CRM processes and analytical routines, ensuring scalability, traceability and communication efficiency;
  • Analyze performance metrics beyond basic indicators, with a focus on:
  • Cohort analysis and behavior across the customer journey;
  • Progression and drop-off rates between funnel stages;
  • Segmentation by value and engagement (RFM, propensity models, etc.);
  • Collaborate with media, data, sales and technology teams to integrate perspectives and ensure consistency across the omnichannel journey;
  • Serve as a technical and strategic reference within the team, supporting the evolution of CRM processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation and advanced behavioral segmentation;
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider or equivalents;
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL, with the ability to interpret, modify and create queries;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
