Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager for the beehiiv Ad Network, responsible for onboarding and campaign execution. Ensuring advertiser success and nurturing client relationships in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding and campaign setup coordination for new advertisers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication
- Build reporting decks, insights, and proactive updates throughout each campaign
- Monitor performance daily and escalate issues to the Performance team as needed
- Partner with the Network Performance team to build and implement advertiser-specific optimizations
- Lead end-of-flight reviews, present results, and tee up renewal conversations
- Identify upsell opportunities and grow your book of business
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM hygiene to ensure seamless handoffs
- Reduce escalations through proactive communication and tight campaign management
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of Customer Success experience, ideally within an ad network, media platform, or digital advertising environment
- Experience with customer onboarding, campaign set-ups, and coordination with advertisers.
- Proven ability to manage advertiser relationships and deliver strong client outcomes
- Experience building and managing a robust book of business and driving performance through strong operational rigor and sales acumen.
- Identify upsell, proactively analyzing performance data, and ensuring campaigns deliver as expected and accounts grow predictably and efficiently.
- Excellent communication, listening, writing, and time-management skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, performance, and product teams
- A track record of solving client issues quickly and thoughtfully
- Strong organizational chops — able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities
