Job Description

Senior Data Analyst empowering data-driven decisions for Cribl's business intelligence system. Collaborating closely with Revenue and Marketing functions while working in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core contributor on the GTM Analytics team, supporting a range of initiatives through rigorous analysis and data-driven insights
  • Lead analyses empowering GTM performance and effectiveness, including rep productivity, opportunity funnel and conversion analysis, and sales motion optimization, adapting focus based on business priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders to support planned and ad hoc analyses through rigorous attention to detail, understanding of business context, and clear, accurate translation of business questions into actionable analytical outputs
  • Build and/or update advanced analytical models—such as propensity to buy, upsell, expansion, and churn—to inform prioritization, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • In partnership with our data enablement function, create and maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions to support stakeholder understanding and effective self-service
  • Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset by identifying opportunities to improve analyses or processes, asking thoughtful questions, seeking feedback, and continuously developing technical and domain expertise
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data, or a related role
  • Familiarity with the modern data tech stack (Snowflake, dbt e.g) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker Tableau, e.g).
  • Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design end-to-end analyses, validate outputs, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined metrics and analyses, and to communicate insights clearly through dashboards and written documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, context switch effectively, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
