Job Description
Senior FP&A Analyst in a startup managing financial metrics and assisting the VP of Finance. Leading financial analysis and maintaining forecasting models for data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep working knowledge of financial metrics
- Represent finance in meetings with management
- Support VP of Finance with forecasting and cash models
- Own reporting and dashboards mechanics
- Prepare analysis for gross margin and pricing impacts
- Support annual budgeting process
- Assist in preparing materials for board and investor reporting
- Build cross-functional relationships across departments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Finance
- Deep understanding of subscription eCommerce and CPG
- Financial planning and modeling skills
- Expert proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable working in a remote setting
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
- Prior experience in annual and quarterly planning processes
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets and explain financial topics clearly
