Job Description
Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Programs leading integration of risk insights for a fintech company. Collaboration with leadership to develop enterprise risk management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of enterprise-wide risk insights and strategic risk programs
- Oversee development of risk indicators, analytics, scenario analysis, and reporting
- Partner with leaders and teams to develop a holistic view of enterprise risk exposure
- Report to the Chief Risk Officer and serve as key member of the Risk Leadership Team
- Develop and maintain the risk taxonomy and risk appetite
- Lead the development of Key Indicator framework and scenario analysis exercises
- Own development and execution of risk reporting and analytics capabilities
- Oversee Third and Fourth Party Risk Management Program
- Drive continuous improvement of ERM practices and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS or equivalent)
- Minimum of 12 years in enterprise risk management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
