Job Description
Senior product leader owning OPSWAT’s MetaDefender Endpoint cybersecurity portfolio. Driving roadmap, growth, platform strategy, and global R&D execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of the MetaDefender Endpoint portfolio
- Own endpoint use cases including peripheral media protection, advanced compliance, vulnerability assessment, patch management, zero trust access, and endpoint platform capabilities
- Manage endpoint agents across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Steward the free MetaDefender Endpoint community edition, growing adoption, gathering feedback, and converting adoption into commercial value
- Partner daily with global R&D teams on architecture, prioritization, requirements, trade-offs, and timely releases
- Drive patch management and compliance as growth directions, including differentiated roadmap and go-to-market
- Establish MetaDefender Endpoint as a shared architecture for multiple OPSWAT product lines
- Apply AI across product research, requirements, analysis, and delivery
- Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, and technology/channel partnerships
- Lead market and competitive analysis and identify customer needs
- Gather user feedback, analyze usage data, and drive continuous product improvement
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support for high-quality releases and portfolio integration
- Establish KPIs and monitor commercial and community product performance
- Communicate strategy, updates, and results to internal teams, executives, customers, and partners
- Build, mentor, and lead a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, product designers, product marketing, and engineering professionals
- Report to the Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product management
- Several years leading and growing product management teams
- Ideally experience within cybersecurity, endpoint, or infrastructure software
- Track record managing a broad endpoint portfolio, including compliance, patch management, vulnerability management, and secure/zero-trust access
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity, endpoint security best practices, data protection, threat prevention, patch and vulnerability management, and device posture/compliance
- Comfortable working closely with R&D on architecture and trade-offs
- Experience delivering endpoint or agent software across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Experience building or evolving a shared platform used by multiple teams
- AI-first mindset and active use of AI tools in daily work
- Experience growing a free, community, or product-led offering is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to build pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and technology/channel partnerships
- Proven experience managing products from concept through launch with adoption, revenue growth, or market penetration results
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar frameworks
