Job Description
Senior Director leading paid acquisition, analytics, and growth across Lovevery’s children’s development brand. Managing global media investment and performance marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own performance marketing across North America, Europe, and APAC
- Set budget allocation and pacing to achieve short- and long-term growth, CAC, and payback goals
- Lead day-to-day media operations across core channels
- Optimize campaigns, deploy budgets efficiently, and identify and correct performance issues quickly
- Partner with creative teams to ideate, develop, and iterate on ad creative
- Build and maintain analytics structures covering campaign metrics, marketing mix, incrementality, monthly metrics, and intra-day troubleshooting
- Set the performance marketing testing roadmap
- Manage and develop a team of performance marketers through goals, coaching, and feedback
- Serve as the internal expert on paid channel dynamics, platform changes, and industry trends
- Collaborate with influencer, social, product marketing, lifecycle, and other marketing teams
- Explore, test, and measure new paid advertising opportunities
- Lead and coach while remaining hands-on in advertising accounts as needed
- Champion deep understanding of Lovevery customers in targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Track record managing significant paid media budgets, ideally $10M+ annually
- Experience leading performance marketing across international markets
- Expertise across major paid acquisition channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of platform optimizations, bidding strategies, and measurement
- Strong analytical fluency with attribution models, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality testing
- Understanding of marketing technology capabilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and work with data and development teams
- Ability to automate tasks using new tools, including AI as appropriate
- Proven experience developing and managing high-performing teams
- Experience partnering with creative, influencer, brand, product, and finance teams
- Experience in a high-growth or DTC environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting strategy and results across an organization
- Impeccable attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset
