Job Description
Freelance Paid Ads Specialist running LinkedIn and Meta campaigns for Zimmer Consulting’s DACH B2B lead-generation systems. Optimizing targeting, budgets, creative, tracking, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and launch campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
- Build scalable campaign structures, audiences, ad sets, and QA processes
- Optimize performance based on CPL, CTR, CPA, and lead quality
- Create precise ICP segments as well as Matched, Custom, and Lookalike Audiences
- Develop persona-specific messaging for each ad set
- Calculate budgets, define bidding strategies, and scale in a controlled manner
- Create ad copy in German and English
- Conduct systematic A/B tests for copy, creative, and CTAs
- Set up conversion tracking and UTM structures
- Create KPI dashboards for decision-relevant reporting
- Document learnings after each test
- No client calls, pitches, account management meetings, or business development
- Collaborate with consultants; client communication is handled by the consultant
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of paid ads experience with a genuine focus on LinkedIn and Meta in B2B
- Personally launched and scaled campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
- Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, CPA, and lead quality, as well as the levers for optimizing them
- Independent, data-driven approach to work
- Clear written communication, including asynchronously
- Already working independently or as a freelancer
- Invoicing through your own company
- Excellent German skills
- Good English skills
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or Zapier
