Job Description
Senior Director of Recruitment Marketing developing global talent attraction strategies at Vantage Data Centers. Leading recruitment marketing programs and promoting the employer brand worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Shape, execute and scale Vantage’s global talent attraction strategy.
- Develop innovative recruitment marketing programs and a compelling employer brand.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in related field required with at least three years in a global leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling global employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with employer brand measurement, analytics and reporting tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation and talent attraction platforms.
- Ability to write original marketing copy and copyedit are essential; attention to detail is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Exhibit executive presence and confidence to regularly interact with leaders across the organization.
