Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst at Plenful building automated financial intelligence systems that drives decision-making. Collaborating with leadership to shape financial strategies and scalability within healthcare operations.
Responsibilities:
- Help architect a finance function built on signal, integrity, and scalability
- Build and maintain the company’s operating model
- Develop driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses
- Deliver recurring KPI and budget-versus-actual reporting
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to align financial plans with revenue targets
- Provide pricing analysis, margin review, and discount governance
- Contribute to board and stakeholder materials
- Evaluate business cases for new initiatives
- Improve data integrity across systems
- Streamline reporting workflows and implement automation
Requirements:
- 3+ years in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or SaaS finance
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments with a strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build models from scratch
- Strong presentation and narrative skills; able to distill complex analysis into concise, decision-ready outputs
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining analytical rigor at a high velocity
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accrual accounting concepts
- Familiarity with modern finance systems (e.g., Salesforce, Campfire, Runway, Ramp) preferred
- SQL strongly preferred
