Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack sênior projetando sistemas escaláveis com Node.js e React na Stefanini. Atuando com APIs, CI/CD, arquitetura distribuída, testes e mentoria técnica.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and design integrations between distributed systems and communication patterns
- Design resilient systems that support high loads and recover from failures using caching, messaging, and circuit breakers
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and process automation
- Conduct critical code reviews and support the team’s technical development through mentoring
- Evaluate trade-offs among delivery time, cost, and quality, and plan the continuous modernization of systems
- Create and maintain RFCs, ADRs, and other architecture and project documentation
Requirements:
- Strong command of algorithms, basic data structures, and stream handling
- Develop unit and integration tests following the Test Pyramid
- Apply SOLID principles and Clean Code practices
- Practical application of design patterns, including Factory, Singleton, and Observer
- Create REST APIs with versioning, pagination, standardized responses, JWT, and OAuth2
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, including verbs, headers, and status codes
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, SQL/NoSQL, and CRUD operations
- Strong command of Git, conflict resolution, and Gitflow/GitHub Flow
- Create and manage images and local environments with Docker and Docker Compose
- Instrument code with logs and metrics for production monitoring
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript
- Advanced experience with NestJS, including dependency injection (DI), Guards, Pipes, Interceptors, DTOs, and validation
- Experience with Prisma or TypeORM and migration management
- Automated testing with Jest or Vitest
- Knowledge of performance optimization, the Event Loop, Streams, Buffers, and Node.js application optimization
- Ability to make architectural decisions involving microservices, APIs, and serverless solutions
- Develop React applications using componentization and scalable architecture
- Experience with Hooks, performance optimization, and state management using Context API, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand
- Knowledge of React Router or Next.js
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules
- Implement tests with Jest and React Testing Library
- Knowledge of accessibility, Design Systems, and Core Web Vitals
