Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack sênior projetando sistemas resilientes e escaláveis para as soluções tecnológicas globais da Stefanini. Atuando com Node.js, NestJS, React, APIs e práticas DevOps.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and design integrations between distributed systems and communication patterns
- Design resilient systems capable of supporting high loads and recovering from failures using caching, messaging, and circuit breakers
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and process automation
- Conduct critical code reviews and support the team’s technical development
- Evaluate trade-offs between timeline, cost, and quality, and plan the continuous modernization of systems
- Create and maintain RFCs, ADRs, and other architecture and project documentation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices
- Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests
- Proficiency in SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs with JWT and OAuth2 authentication
- Advanced knowledge of HTTP, Git, Docker, and Docker Compose
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of observability practices, monitoring, logging, and metrics
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Advanced experience with NestJS, including dependency injection (DI), Guards, Pipes, Interceptors, DTOs, and validation
- Experience with Prisma or TypeORM and migration management
- Automated testing using Jest or Vitest
- Knowledge of performance optimization, the Event Loop, Streams, Buffers, and Node.js application optimization
- Ability to define architectures involving microservices, APIs, and serverless solutions
- Experience developing React applications with componentization and scalable architecture
- Experience with Hooks, performance optimization, and state management using Context API, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand
- Knowledge of React Router or Next.js
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules
- Experience implementing tests with Jest and React Testing Library
- Knowledge of accessibility (a11y), Design Systems, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a plus
- Practical knowledge of Express.js, middleware creation, error handling, and Controller-Service architecture is a plus
- Experience with microservices and messaging-oriented architectures is a plus
