Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack Sênior criando soluções front-end e back-end para o hub de inovação do Banco Mercantil. Atuando com microsserviços, Angular, .NET, Python e arquitetura de sistemas.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues by proposing workarounds, permanent solutions, enhancements, and fixes to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability
- Perform data modeling for medium- and high-complexity projects, defining the required information and corresponding storage databases to ensure data integrity and availability
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to meet business needs, translating them into solution architecture designs and keeping technical documentation up to date
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions in accordance with quality standards and established architecture guidelines
- Identify potential infrastructure, performance, or system failure issues, proposing solutions and improvements to ensure environment stability
- Define and monitor quality and performance indicators for systems, services, and components to drive continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings with business and technical teams to assess impacts, define system architectures, and establish standards and procedures
- Participate in testing and user acceptance processes by preparing test scripts, executing and monitoring unit, integration, and load tests, and supporting final user acceptance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with microservices-based architecture and Hexagonal Architecture (Ports and Adapters)
- Experience developing front-end applications using Angular
- Experience with .NET and related technologies, including ASP, C#, and .NET Core
- Experience with Python
- Experience with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous and synchronous processes and transaction management
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Experience developing RESTful APIs using JWT or OAuth2 authentication
- Knowledge and experience using caching services such as Redis
- Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing, mocks, and Sonar
- Experience with high-availability 24/7 systems
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
- Prior knowledge of anti-fraud solutions
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Dynatrace
