Job Description

Full-stack engineer building payroll, billing, and HR software for Truelogic’s global marketing and communications client. Owning architecture, integrations, and end-to-end feature delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack features across the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture
  • Own feature delivery from design through production, making key technical and architectural decisions
  • Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems
  • Solve complex technical challenges by balancing scalability, performance, and business priorities
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automation, and overall engineering productivity

Requirements:

  • Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular), and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
  • Proven experience designing APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system connections
  • Solid SQL expertise, including schema design, database optimization, migrations, and performance tuning
  • Demonstrated ownership of features from requirements through production, including architecture and technical decision-making
  • Experience writing automated tests, debugging, and supporting production applications in startup or small-team environments
  • Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • Must be currently based in Latin America
