Job Description
Senior Full Stack .NET Developer building scalable .NET platforms for automotive OEMs and dealerships. Delivering marketing, data-processing, and consumer-facing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for marketing, data processing, and consumer-facing web platforms
- Build solutions supporting automotive OEM programs and dealership clients nationwide
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Research, prototype, and implement new technologies, proof-of-concepts, and platform enhancements
- Influence product direction, APIs, and technical standards
- Lead projects from concept through deployment
- Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and developer efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems and production environments
- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices
- Participate in CI/CD and automated deployment workflows
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency
- Team Velocity provides integrated marketing solutions and proprietary technology to automotive OEMs and dealerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications
- Strong experience with full stack .NET application development
- Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Experience with Angular, Vue.js, or React
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and related data technologies
- Familiarity with distributed caching, search, streaming, and large-scale data platforms such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Snowflake, Cassandra, or similar technologies
- Foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and application performance
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality tooling
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies
- Ability to independently drive projects to successful completion
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative development environment
