Job Description
Contract Software Developer contributing code evaluation, debugging, and documentation to an AI company. Applying software engineering expertise to train next-generation intelligent systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and refine code samples and modules according to project requirements
- Analyze and evaluate coding solutions for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute feedback and insights on data structures, algorithms, and debugging strategies
- Use Git for version control and collaborative code management
- Document technical approaches and code logic clearly
- Participate in asynchronous written and verbal discussions to clarify deliverables and support iterative improvement
- Identify and resolve technical issues or inconsistencies
- Contribute software expertise to help train next-generation AI systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development
- Must be based in the US
- Strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language
- Deep understanding of debugging methodologies
- Proven track record of utilizing Git for collaborative software projects
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience contributing to projects requiring clear documentation and peer review
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments
- No prior experience in AI is required
