Job Description
Senior consultant delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for client businesses. Leading discovery, design, implementation, training, and post-go-live optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
- Translate business requirements into tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture
- Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
- Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services
- Support pre-sales efforts through demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other consultants on project delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality
- Act as a trusted advisor through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Report to the Consulting Manager
Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, including full-cycle implementations
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of Business Central Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, and SharePoint is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States
- Availability for occasional travel in Canada and the USA
- Willingness to complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process
Benefits:
- Total compensation of $90,000 to $130,000
- Remote work arrangement
