Job Description
Global Clinical Study Senior Manager at BeOne ensuring operational delivery and compliance across clinical studies. Leading global teams and managing study strategy from start to close-out.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end global operational delivery of one or more clinical studies
- Ensures execution excellence across all regions from study start-up through close-out
- Serves as the primary global operational owner, managing global study strategy execution
- Leads the global clinical operations team and acts as point of escalation for resolution of issues
- Collaborates with key stakeholders and provides regular updates on study progress
- Ensures timely availability of global study documents and monitors study activities for compliance
Requirements:
- Over 5 years’ project management in clinical trials within biotech, pharmaceutical sector, or CRO industry
- Proven experience in clinical research including relevant experience as team lead in clinical functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required, Higher Degree preferred
