Job Description
Health Client Technology Manager providing technical solutions for client benefits plans at Alight. Collaborating with clients and third parties while supporting complex requirements and system testing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Domain Managers, client, and/or third parties in developing creative technical solutions
- Support complex client requirements, while keeping Best Practices in mind
- Translating client business rules into technical requirements, and resolve complex system defects on time with high quality solutions
- Supporting client acceptance testing for implementation project
- Managing the implementation and deployment across all technical work activities. Including management of risks and providing direction on priorities throughout the implementation life cycle
- Lead/Support our global partners and client teams in the development of creative, high-quality solutions
- Coaching colleagues on complex system analysis and testing efforts, driving colleague growth and development
- Leveraging as a coach (outside of aligned client) to support broader critical business needs
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement and identifies opportunities to improve processes and develops creative solutions that drive improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
- Possess 3 or more years of technical experience
- Able to translate concepts to client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet client needs
- Possess project and client management experience
- Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess Leadership and coaching skills
- Possess Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
