Job Description

Senior Manager leading corporate FP&A strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for Fuze Health’s digital healthcare and pharmacy businesses. Driving financial insights, process improvements, and company-wide performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support high-level decision-making
  • Oversee consolidated budgeting, corporate-wide financial planning, data-driven forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and present executive financial reports tracking company-wide KPIs, analyzing variances, and recommending actions to senior management and the board
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, HR, IT, and business unit leaders to drive company-wide alignment and decision-making
  • Lead financial process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency, accuracy, and impact
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Expert proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate with peers and executive leadership
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Proven track record of influencing executive-level decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Alteryx, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with pharmacy economics within retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmaceutical environments
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Applicants must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states
  • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods and perform the listed physical requirements

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $140,800 - $176,000
  • Remote work arrangement
