Job Description
Senior Manager leading corporate FP&A strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for Fuze Health’s digital healthcare and pharmacy businesses. Driving financial insights, process improvements, and company-wide performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support high-level decision-making
- Oversee consolidated budgeting, corporate-wide financial planning, data-driven forecasting, and financial modeling
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and present executive financial reports tracking company-wide KPIs, analyzing variances, and recommending actions to senior management and the board
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, HR, IT, and business unit leaders to drive company-wide alignment and decision-making
- Lead financial process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency, accuracy, and impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate with peers and executive leadership
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Alteryx, or similar tools
- Familiarity with pharmacy economics within retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmaceutical environments
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

- Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods and perform the listed physical requirements
Benefits:
- Salary range of $140,800 - $176,000
- Remote work arrangement
