Job Description
Senior eCommerce Manager driving online sales growth and enhancing customer experience for a growing consumer products company. Leading eCommerce initiatives across marketing and operations to support DTC portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales growth through website conversion optimizations.
- Lead the strategy and execution of eCommerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing, creative, performance marketing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance average order value (AOV).
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, AOV).
- Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective website merchandising.
- Monitor industry trends and digital best practices to inform future opportunities.
- Present website performance reports to internal teams and stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management with a strong track record of scaling online sales for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven expertise in managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and developing/managing the user experience roadmap.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies – SEO, paid search, email marketing, and paid social – to inform website strategies and plans.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
