Job Description
Senior Dynamics GP Consultant advising clients on Microsoft ERP solutions, support, integrations, and process optimization. Remote LATAM engagement with Endeavour Solutions, a Microsoft Partner serving North American businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional expert and trusted advisor for Microsoft Dynamics GP clients across multiple industries
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics GP solutions
- Lead solution design sessions, business process reviews, and system optimization initiatives
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements
- Recommend best practices to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data integrity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide advanced functional support for Dynamics GP modules including Financial Management, Distribution, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Order Processing, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Field Service
- Troubleshoot complex application, transactional, and configuration issues
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, posting errors, reconciliation issues, workflow challenges, and integration concerns
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes
- Coordinate with technical consultants and developers to resolve system issues
- Evaluate client processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Configure Dynamics GP for evolving business requirements
- Support workflow automation, approval processes, and operational efficiencies
- Improve reporting capabilities, data quality, and system adoption
- Document business processes and future-state recommendations
- Support and troubleshoot SalesPad and other third-party applications integrated with Dynamics GP
- Assist with integration troubleshooting between Dynamics GP and external business systems
- Advise clients on configuration options, process impacts, and best practices
- Coordinate with software vendors and client stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge base articles
- Document solutions, root causes, and corrective actions
- Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing with other consultants
- Identify recurrent issues and recommend long-term corrective measures
Requirements:
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis and data integrity
- Ability to understand and improve business processes through technology solutions
- Excellent client relationship management and consulting skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements simultaneously
- Experience working within a managed services, consulting, or support environment
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Candidates must be available to work during EST or CST business hours
- Candidates must reside in a LATAM country and be legally authorized to work in their country of residence
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with SmartConnect and Dynamics GP integrations
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Dynamics GP reporting tools
- Previous experience in a Microsoft partner or consulting environment
- Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process
