Job Description

Partner Sales Manager expanding Snowflake’s data-cloud ecosystem across U.S. financial-services markets. Driving alliances, joint go-to-market programs, partner capacity, and quota attainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and nurture an ecosystem of System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and specialized technology partners
  • Build a multi-layered ecosystem with global SIs, regional players, and niche consultants
  • Build comprehensive joint business plans and integrated go-to-market strategies
  • Define joint industry solutions and offerings for the local market
  • Achieve partnership goals, including sales quota and marketing activities
  • Grow partners' Snowflake practices and technical capabilities
  • Evaluate ecosystem expertise and delivery quality to activate go-to-market programs
  • Define certification growth plans for Snowflake-certified practitioners
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle and 360-degree stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, marketing, and technical experts
  • Share partner and customer insights to improve the platform and programs
  • Support deal registration, partner program navigation, and alignment with Sales Leadership
  • Monitor partner-network performance metrics and deliver regional growth criteria

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the technology market
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct accountability for revenue targets
  • Track record of success and established relationships with SI partners and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Ability to manage complex regional business plans and track ecosystem progress
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Estimated travel of 25%
  • Experience with sales quota accountability
  • Experience building joint business plans and integrated go-to-market strategies
  • Experience managing strategic alliances and complex partner networks
