Job Description
Senior Platform Manager leading Stryker’s global Adobe Experience Manager cloud platform. Driving enterprise website delivery, modernization, integrations, governance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end platform ownership and delivery of Stryker's Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service environment
- Own the AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, Dynamic Media, and AEM Translation Integration Framework
- Lead architecture governance for component libraries, page templates, blueprint/live-copy configurations, and language-copy rollouts
- Drive AMS-to-AEMaaCS modernization, technical debt reduction, and out-of-the-box adoption
- Ensure integration between AEM and Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe WebSDK, Marketo, and Adobe site optimizer
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code quality standards, release management, and deployment schedules
- Partner with the AEM AI initiative team to operationalize generative AI capabilities
- Ensure compliance with IT QMS, Global Change Control, privacy/consent regulations, and cybersecurity standards
- Manage, develop, and mentor full-time employees, contractors, and managed-service partners
- Serve as the EDT accountability point for the AEM platform across Digital Marketing and related stakeholders
- Own program schedules, work breakdown structures, and integrated Gantt/roadmap views
- Implement quality, risk, and procurement management strategies for AEM projects and programs
- Ensure smooth build-to-run transitions and stable production support operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of a degree, 6 years of AEM work history may be considered
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT and/or digital application development, including people leadership experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering and operating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEMaaCS) solutions in a global enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience with MSM/translation strategies, DAM architecture, component-based design, and Adobe Analytics
- 2+ years of experience managing global system integrators and hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models
- 2+ years of experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Real-Time CDP, Commerce) preferred
- 5+ years of experience with SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IT QMS/regulatory compliance (privacy, consent)
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Adobe Certified Expert / Master certification preferred
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry preferred
