Job Description

Senior Producer leading cross-functional teams to develop HTML5 games at CoolGames. Responsible for managing the production lifecycle from concept through to launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to create engaging, high-quality HTML5 games.**
  • Drive agile development processes: running standups, reviews, planning sessions, and retrospectives.**
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables to keep projects on track and on budget.**
  • Spot challenges early and find smart, practical solutions.**
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.**
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date documentation of plans, progress, and decisions.**
  • Play a key role in shaping the success of our studio’s future projects.****

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in production or project management for casual or F2P games (HTML5 or mobile preferred).
  • Proven success leading teams of up to 25 people.
  • A solid portfolio of previously released casual games that you’re proud to show.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong command of Jira and modern project management tools.
  • Data-savvy: you know how to measure success and act on key metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Bonus points for experience in game or product design: you understand how gameplay connects to KPIs.
