Job Description
Product Designer focusing on creating user-friendly designs for Loft's CRM product. Collaborating with teams to enhance usability and functionality across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve core CRM flows with a focus on productivity and clarity.
- Lead discovery work and convert learnings into design decisions.
- Design UX/UI for a complex product (including states, errors, and edge cases).
- Prototype, validate, and iterate based on evidence.
- Create modules 0→1 and define MVPs and product evolution.
- Structure a modular experience for different segments while maintaining design patterns.
- Prioritize and negotiate trade-offs by impact with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Foundations team on coupled topics to ensure end-to-end consistency.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B/SaaS and with recurring-use products.
- Experience working with legacy systems and driving consistent incremental evolution.
- Experience creating 0→1 solutions (MVPs, hypothesis-driven design, and iteration).
- Ability to design modular experiences for different segments/profiles.
- Strong UX/UI foundation (information architecture, states, errors, edge cases).
- Ability to prioritize and negotiate with an impact-driven approach.
- Evidence-based validation and decision-making (tests/experiments/analytics).
- Good communication and clear handoffs to Engineering.
