Job Description
Product Designer turning complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions for SaaS web app with emphasis on UX/UI. Engage in user research and prototype clickable solutions within an agile team.
Responsibilities:
- turn complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions
- build solutions for SaaS web app with a double diamond process model
- development and maintenance of a design project from idea to launch
- identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals
- perform user research
- implement design layouts
- create clickable prototypes for your solutions
- support user adoption process
Requirements:
- experienced in designing complex web interfaces like B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems
- strong UX / UI skills
- knowledge of how to make a design layout not only sexy but also comfortable for developers
- experience in conducting quality product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.)
- experience in creating CJMs / info architecture
- solid experience working with figma
- English upper-intermediate or stronger
