Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning Factor Eleven’s Ad Creator, which automates retail advertising creatives. Driving brand-compliant generation, validation, and campaign delivery at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Ad Creator roadmap end to end and align it with the wider Delivery Engine and business goals
- Drive creative automation from product feed through ad serving
- Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Data Intelligence, Ad Delivery, Product Design, Campaign Operations, Media Planning, Commercial, creative generation, and publishers
- Define API contracts and product specifications for feed ingestion, creative generation, validation, and downstream delivery
- Make roadmap, scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions in a fast-moving MVP environment
- Shadow Campaign Operations and Media Planners to identify workflow friction and improve throughput, reliability, and elimination of manual creative production
- Own brand-compliance quality governance, including validation logic, pre-flight checks, template governance, and escalation paths
- Shape A/B tests, analyze campaign and attribution outcomes, and apply learnings to creative decisioning and prioritization
- Identify practical applications of AI for specification, analysis, and quality assurance
- Mentor junior and mid-level product managers and improve product rituals in a matrixed environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS AdTech or MarTech
- Understanding of campaign operational cadence, ad serving, and creative formats
- Experience building creative automation as a software vendor and as an agency or brand operator managing production at scale
- Experience operationalising generative AI in live ad pipelines with brand guardrails and quality validation
- Understanding of retail-localized campaigns, store-level variation, regional creative needs, and physical retail cycles
- Experience creating process and clarity in ambiguous ownership situations without hierarchical authority
- Ability to ship within 60 days
- Valid work permit for the role's location and eligibility to work there; Factor Eleven does not provide sponsorship for work permits or visas
- Willingness to accept full-time employment rather than a B2B contract
