Job Description

Product Manager responsible for customer experiences in Laundryheap's apps. Focused on improving acquisition, conversion, and engagement through data-driven experiments and UX design.

Responsibilities:

  • Own customer-facing apps
  • Lead key purchase journeys
  • Partner with Head of Product Design to drive UX quality across core flows
  • Partner with Marketing to define and prioritize roadmap items that improve clarity and conversion
  • Partner with Retention to help drive repeat usage
  • Design and run A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
  • Define success metrics, guardrails, and stopping criteria
  • Query data directly using SQL to analyze funnels and experiment results
  • Write concise, clear product requirements
  • Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship iteratively

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Product Manager role
  • Experience in delivery, marketplace, or on-demand products is a plus
  • Proven ability to work in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Experience working with distributed and international teams
  • Experience designing, launching, and scaling mobile and web product experiences
  • Strong experimentation mindset and data-driven decision making
