Job Description
Product Manager responsible for customer experiences in Laundryheap's apps. Focused on improving acquisition, conversion, and engagement through data-driven experiments and UX design.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer-facing apps
- Lead key purchase journeys
- Partner with Head of Product Design to drive UX quality across core flows
- Partner with Marketing to define and prioritize roadmap items that improve clarity and conversion
- Partner with Retention to help drive repeat usage
- Design and run A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Define success metrics, guardrails, and stopping criteria
- Query data directly using SQL to analyze funnels and experiment results
- Write concise, clear product requirements
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship iteratively
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Product Manager role
- Experience in delivery, marketplace, or on-demand products is a plus
- Proven ability to work in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Experience working with distributed and international teams
- Experience designing, launching, and scaling mobile and web product experiences
- Strong experimentation mindset and data-driven decision making
