Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading the Power Tool Accessory Portfolio at Stanley Black & Decker. Driving growth and profitability through product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new product and market opportunities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle process
- Closely collaborate, work and lead cross-functional teams
- Work in tandem with brand marketing and channel teams
- Develop and implement relevant marketing collateral
- Conduct end-user and competitive market research
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans
- Maintain awareness of trends in the industry
- Provide product training to customers and consumers
Requirements:
- BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field required
- 5+ years related product management and marketing experience
- Engineering or technical background
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Follows through with commitments
- High say-do ratio
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams
